Since 2014, the Women Development Cell (WDC), known as “Anubhuti,” at Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women has been dedicated to fostering the personal, professional, and emotional growth of young women. It serves as a platform for dialogue, awareness, and empowerment, addressing key issues like gender inequality, domestic violence, mental health, and social stereotypes.

Through seminars, webinars, health camps, competitions, and interactive workshops on legal rights, self-defence, health awareness, and mental well-being, Anubhuti promotes critical thinking, confidence, and leadership among students.

With its vision of building an inclusive and informed community, Anubhuti continues to empower women to become confident, compassionate, and socially responsible individuals.
