Shaheed Rajguru College of applied sciences for women welcome the foreign students for admission 2018-2019.

A candidate is considered as a “Foreign National” who

  • Holds a passport/ Citizenship of a country other than India. OR
  • Has an OCI/ PIO card and also holds a Passport of a country other than India.

The detailed information regarding the admission of foreign nationals at University of Delhi for the academic year 2018 - 2019 are available on homepage of the Foreign Students’ Registry Office (FSR).

The admission of the Foreign Candidates is through one of the following two options:

ICCR facilitates and provides the scholarship for International applicants to undertake studies in any Indian Universities. For this mode, an applicant must apply through the following ICCR portal:

Fee Details

The annual fee to be payable by foreign students in the calendar year 2018-2019 is changed. Accordingly, the annual fee to be paid by foreign students for the calendar year 2018-2019 in college/Institute/Department/Faculty of the University of Delhi is as follows:

Annual Fee payable at College/Institute/Department/ Faculty from foreign students for any JNR. 13,200/-
Annual Fee payable at College /Department by foreign
Students for the course MBA(JB)/MBA(HRD) /  B.Sc.(Hons) Computer Science (other than SAARC countries Nationals) :

This is in addition to there regular fees charged by the college /Institute /Department /Faculty

Note: The Tibetan students are exempted from paying University Registration fee and additional fee payable to the college/Department as Foreign Students.
