PRIYA RAJAMANI - (Instrumentation 93-96)

I am a product of 'CAPS' Instrumentation 1993-96 Batch. I stumbled about the website of our College and was really happy & proud to have been associated with an institution that has instilled in me qualities which has brought me to where I am today.

Its been a long time I communicated with you. After I left CAPS i went on to do my M.Sc. in Biomedical Instrumentation from BIT Mesra, and I worked in India, in Chennai ( Bio-Rad India  - Service Engineer & Account Manager South zone, and  Orchid Pharmaceuticals as a Research Chemist in the GLP Cell). I also had a chance to work in a Clinical Research Organization in  Bangalore (Lotus Labs Pvt. limited as GLP Engineer) before I got married and came to the US.  I am currently working in the R & D of an Analytical Instrumentation Company, Varian Inc. , as a Systems Evaluation Engineer, where I interact with Scientist & Engineers in develpoing the next generation Triple Quadruple Mass Spectrometers.

I am quite thankful to all the teachers who have taught us and guided us in every way, and especially 'you' who has been a constant source of inspiration. I have always admired you, and the way you instill positive energy in everyone around you.
